1. Document Mode (IE5) can be automatically recognized in the company network, but cannot be recognized after VPN, use the default Document Mode (IE11)

Configure to User Configuration/Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Microsoft Edge > Configure the Enterprise Mode Site List . and User Configuration/Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Internet Explorer Use the Enterprise Mode IE website list . Path (file:// /C:/Users/Public/IEModeSiteList.xml)
Then execute gpupdate /force, including restarting the computer, but the Policy will not take effect
