Health and Wellness Extension for sidebar

Within the Edge Management Service there is a sidebar app that can be enabled called 'health and wellness' (extension ID pjhpojmiobchgmchbkekckbgeigbbaje). I don't see it listed anywhere on the Edge add on store, and enabling it within the policy settings doesn't do anything. Is this a placeholder for a future extension/addon? Any details that can be shared?
