Quick question once you receive the grant where do you go to use it and what are you able to use it on? there are scant instructions on what to do after we've received the funds. A little more direction would be greatly appreciated. Thank you I'm sure I'm just overlooking something. Also a point of contact would be great as well. I am working as the IT manager for a small not-for-profit. We have been reluctant to use the grant because were uncertain what will be billed for.  Is there a way to check the balance of the grant as you use it so that you don't end up exceeding your plan for expenditures. Please feel free to reach out to me directly. email address removed for privacy reasons

I don't see any way to contact them through this page. I know that that says it's the contact us page but there is no form to fill out there's no email address there's no phone number how am I supposed to contact them??  I tried there before I did a Google search and found this blog posting that's why I went looking for this other information.??   I did not find the resources provided very helpful. I do understand that I'm talking to somebody from a different team but I'm still looking for help and I'm not receiving any not from resources provided.... Mystified as to what I'm supposed to do. Any additional information you can provide would be greatly appreciated.  also of note this comment system did not notify me that there was a response to my post. Which is what I suspected would happen which is why I tried to leave my email address. It just so happened that I left this page up and hit refresh after being away from my computer or I would've not seen your response. Possibly ever. thank you agan for trying to help.

If you type the topic you need help with in the "How can we help?" box like "grants" for example, and then click the "Get Help" button, it will open a form that you can fill out so you can be directed to the appropriate team for assistance. (See screenshot below.)

Try that and let me know if you still have any difficulty getting help.

    Thanks,
