It's offtopic. but for now you can easily create an app password in your Home Microsoft Account as you mentioned Outlook.com. Mind that app passwords (so called basic auth) are insecure and I believe they will be removed soon. See also https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/outlook/update-your-sign-...
