Aleks Lopez works in Microsoft Security’s Customer Experience Engineering organization where she’s focused on evolving the future state support experiences for Microsoft Security customers. She is a passionate customer advocate, having held several roles at Microsoft since 2002, all focused on enabling Microsoft's customers' success.
