I loved learning (action research style) about enterprise social and its influence on leadership dynamics as I gathered 6000+ colleagues into Yammer at a global non-profit. I care about aligning passion with profession and finding new ways of being together to build trust and accelerate learning. You may often find me with my family (wonder wife and two spectacular sons and three darling daughters), running or reading books like The Copernicus Complex or Enchanted Objects.
