I've been with Microsoft for over 23 years, first in the field as a Technical Specialist in Chicago working with enterprise customers to see the value and deploy Windows 2000, Active Directory, Group Policy, and SMS/SCCM. I later moved to Seattle and have held various marketing roles, including for Windows Vista and Windows 7, as well as Intune and EMS. I've also spent time in the Intune and Microsoft Defender Customer Experience teams, being the voice of the customer back to the product groups. My current role is in the Windows Servicing & Delivery team, where I help manage the lifecycle of Windows products.
