Daily digest emails for my techcommunity subscriptions stopped being sent
About two weeks ago, I stopped receiving the daily digest emails for my subscriptions on Tech Community. I have triple checked my profile settings and confirmed I am configured to receive a daily digest for my subscriptions and that there are no other options to block email notifications. I've reviewed my junk email and added the sender to safe sender list. Is it possible to check my account and determine if daily digest emails are being sent? I'm trying to determine if this is an issue with my email system or if the daily email is just not being sent. Thanks much for your help!1.8KViews1like5CommentsVisio/Project 2016 click-to-run vs Visio/Project 2019 click-to run - what is the difference?
Since we began deploying Office 365 ProPlus suite (now renamed to Microsoft 365 Apps), we've always installed Visio and/or Project 2016 volume licensed click-to-run products for customers that require these applications. What is the difference between Visio/Project 2016 and 2019? I don't understand why there are not "Office 365" versions of these products rather than named versions (e.g. 2016, 2019). I'm trying to determine if I should start deploying Visio/Project 2019 click-to-run OR remain with Visio/Project 2016 click-to-run. I would think that when you install Visio and/or Project click-to-run versions that they would be regularly updated with features similar to the main Office 365 suite of products. Are customers missing out on features If they use the 2016 versions of Visio/Project rather than the 2019 versions? Ideally, there would be versions of Visio and Project that align with Office 365 SaaS model that get updated every 6months similar to the main suite of Office 365 products.1.1KViews0likes1CommentOffice click-to-run command line options using officeC2Rclient.exe - is this officially supported?
I recall reading somewhere that Microsoft was no longer supporting the officeC2Rclient.exe command line options for updating/changing channels/changing versions for Office 365 ProPlus. Does anyone know whether or not the officeC2Rclient.exe is still supported? It has stopped working in scripts we had written incorporating it and I don't want to use it if Microsoft is not supporting and/or developing it further. If no longer supported, it will be a loss... was very useful.12KViews1like0Comments
