Teams Live Event and Webinar impact on Advanced / Leader Insights
Hello! A customer asked a great question that I can't find anywhere on the web - do Teams Live Events or Webinars have any impact on the Meeting Hours or Call hours metrics? I'm assuming they do since your status switches to "In a call" but I'm not sure which bucket they would fall under. Thanks!

Is it possible to segment insights to individual departments, within a company?
Hi, Is it possible to segment insights to individual departments, within a company? E.g., The sales manager is not interested in how the accounting team is working. How can I create this type of segmentation? Second scenario; a director wants his entire team to have insights but wants to separate this based on each manager under her/him. However, s/he wants to have “Leader’s” insight into the entire team. How can I create this type of segmentation? Thank you for your help.

Is there a way to extend the Teams App available for Viva Insights? For example, i have created a new analytics and i want to add that as a new tab in viva insights or a new section in an existing tab on Viva insights app.

I have a M365 Tenant with 25 Viva Suite licenses and 20 assigned. I have added a Viva Insights Admin, Business Leader and Analyst roles for different users from M365 Admin center. When i browse to the linkMicrosoft Viva Insights (office.com)with the Insights Admin credentials i get the error "Oops! You haven't been assigned a role in Viva Insights yet." It has been more than 4 days. I am not sure what i have done wrong. Please let me know if i have missed any steps.

Hi all, My question is about: if i have in my outlook calendar 1hour booked for a meeting but i attend in person (i don't connect by teams), is this hour registred as meeting hour in ViVa or only will be registred if i connect by teams¿? is important for us to be sure about what is viva measuring to do a correct analysis in our Hybrid Working Model.
