As a Principal Product Manager Lead in Microsoft Teams, Sandhya Rao is focused on integrating Microsoft Teams intelligent communications solutions with 1st and 3rd party devices such as headsets, speakerphones, IP Phones, Hololens, and other personal and small focus room device solutions such as the collaboration bar. Prior to that Sandhya spent three years as Sr. Director of Software Product Management for Honeywell Connected Home where she led development of software solutions for IoT products such as thermostats and security systems. An avid crafter and puzzler from early on, Sandhya found her niche in product management over 15 years ago where she has been using her creativity to solve tough problems for consumers, small businesses, and enterprises ever since.
