Started as network guy for Masaryk University and Institute of Computer Science and then fall to enterprise world as Level 2 support guy operating Avaya, Siemens PBXs. During the time falled in love with Cisco UCM and Unify Openscape family but looking forward now to make whole world work with Microsoft Teams :) as System Engineer and Solution Owner. Main focus on Voice, Video and Contact Centers with all fun that this world offers.
