Cyril is responsible for helping business customers understand how to accelerate value they receive from Microsoft 365 thereby improving how they deliver on their company strategies. Under his leadership, Cyril’s team is also accountable for defining, communicating and refining the core business value of Microsoft FastTrack, and serving as advocate on behalf of Microsoft’s diverse business customers around the world. Before joining the Office team, Cyril was responsible for global marketing of Surface to businesses of all sizes. Cyril joined Microsoft in 1996 in the South African subsidiary and since then has been in several technology, product marketing and sales management roles. Cyril holds a Bachelor of Commerce from University of Johannesburg.
