@atrain204 yes it does actually, I actually did that a week ago at my new employer and it was included in the weekly digest news to everyone. It seems admin cannot turn off these weekly digests :(

Same issue! And it used to work earlier as far as I remember. Anyways, to overcome this problem, I am only adding one owner via API and then for remaining owners, I am just adding them few seconds later to the M365 group behind the scenes. It syncs instantly :)
