I now have Viva Insights admin role but still cannot see user-level data. the roles document suggests that I should?

Hi @DaveTheTeamsGuy, The M365 Global Admin will not have access to the same list of dropdowns as the CEO. Please see here for more information about role access: Roles in Viva Insights | Microsoft Learn

thanks Jack. So how do I measure co-pilot usage as it's only given it to me at a top level showing people who report into the Chief Executive.Even as a Global Admin Reader I can't see this, which is making it pretty impossible to monitor the adoption of Co-Pilot.

Hi @SylviaOtts, In Viva Insights you are unable to drill down to a user by user level, this is a Viva Insights wide policy enacted to protect employee privacy. You can read more about data privacy in Viva Insights here: Advanced insights privacy | Microsoft Learn

I have access to the dashboard via Viva Insights but I can't drill down to see a list of users, only the list of "groups". I need to see usage reports for each user. Is this possible ?
