I have a question, so I downloaded the 4.2.5 release and I have the first laser puzzle and the king wolf, however after his fight there's no server room laser puzzle nor decontamination for me? It just sends me straight to the crystal area then to the library, was wondering if that's a bug or intentional.
so i finished the demo but idk how to get the full one cuz i saw at an youtuber that he got the full version or if not the full version he was able to advance and not collapse at the end. Can someone help me?

Instead of posting this you could have contributed by providing feedback there.

Hmmm, what do you mean? A picture would be useful to know which place specifically you are referring to. If it's the Office Area Third Hallway, no, they don't turn off, you must avoid them or use the Fake Suit.
Ah, yes. Standard Edition does not have the fake suit, and the lights indeed do not turn off, but it is passable. This is intended.
Though, the Standard Edition was discontinued, the Standard Edition and the Special Edition in Changed3D have been merged in the latest versions and it is only one, extended version.
Otherwise, look up for a gameplay video on YouTube and you will see how to go through it.
If you feel there is indeed an error and it cannot be completed, please provide a video instead.

uhhh, for some reason this happened when the tail tried to TF me in the chase right before puro.
also, unrelated but having to do with the same chase, if you exit puro's room to activate the save cutscene for the tail chase, but the door is still open due to you being close enough in it, you can get the tail TF, but also be able to do the first puro introduction cutscene, while being TFed, and it acts all the same. if it reacted at all to puro witnessing the TF themselves, that'd be understandable, but it doesn't, so clearly it was not intended.
It either seems your PC isn't getting along well with DirectX 12, or there was a severe lag spike during gameplay that made it make a mistake and crash. Try reducing the final quality, that may prevent further crashes.
A crash log would be useful though, you may find them in:
did sending you the crash context file help you figure out the issue? there was a lotta jargon in it so I wasn't entirely sure what caused the problem.
I booted the game, created a changed save, left the starting room, saved on slot 2, got a tf, press f12 then tried to play the special version. I even tried clearing my appdata and doing a fresh install.
The essential controls for this game are quite simple:
Basic movement: WASD for movement; Shift for running; CTRL for crouching/sneaking. Interaction: E / LMB to interact with the game world. Dialogue: LMB, Z, E, SPACE to continue dialogue;hold CTRL to accelerate text; X or RMB to try and cancel the dialogue. Mechanic: F7 to load a slot; ESC to pause.

So, currently there isn't a way to "delete" save files in-game, you can only replace them with new save files, but there exists a way "out-game" to delete save files..
Go to the folder c:\Users\YourUsername\AppData\Local\Changed3D\Saved\SaveGames\ And just delete the save file you'd like!
Hardest video game of all time. This puts Dark Souls to shame and I'm a flight sim pilot! And that dang cat... THE CAT IS SO FAST IT CAN OUTRUN ICBMs... I've played my fair share of hard games, but this is the hardest one yet. Get ready to pull your hair out.
Despite the immense difficulty curve that gives a flight sim pilot with 2000+ flight hours in X-Plane 11 (most of those flights were domestic U.S. flights) a run for their money, Changed 3D is a certified GOTY. Now all it needs is a hardcore mode which makes the game so unfair it puts Cat Mario and My Summer Car to shame when it comes to being unfair. Don’t forget to make it blast the DOOM OST too. Either that or a UT99 mode. It’s using Unreal Engine, it’s only fair that we make Unreal Tournament reference. Changed Tournament 2024 anyone?
I'm very happy to see more from this, but you claimed this would not be continuing. Were you simply fleshing out existing content or has something Changed?
I'd like to know because this is an incredibly interesting project and I don't want to get my hopes up if no more is planned.
Hey-ho Malady! So in short: No, this game is not cancelled, and we are in active development!
In long: originally we were going to cancel the development of Changed3D, but later we decided it was paused and not canceled, then, with careful consideration, thinking and time, we thought that it would be better to continue development and open up a Patreon.
The reason we had decided before to stop the development is because we cannot work for free, and DragonSnow didn't want us selling the game on Steam, but later on we realized that we could give out the game free and not have legal issues, while having a Patreon so that we could both continue working on Changed3D (which I'm genuinely happy to do so) while being able to live with it!
I'm glad you're liking where the game is going, and hope that this clarifies things further!
Is there any way to edit the save file and activate the cheats you talked about in a comment on Neco The Sergal? Im Using a Hex editor to edit the save (C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\Changed3D\Saved\SaveGames\slot0.sav) and found strings "bTransfurrable" but can't really find any values that are changeable. (no pun intended)
The valid way I know of to activate cheats is to "beat the game," i.e. get to the end of Box Puppies (Special Edition) part or the end of the Crystal Zone (Standard Edition).
After that, you can press the "I" key for Intransfurrable mode, and "Space" key to jump.

Hello! Thanks For making this game! If I may add any feedback to this, I would say that it is extremely faithful to the source material, and carries with it its difficulty. I must admit at times that it can be rather jarring interacting with the well known 2d environments in 3d, and the playable transfurs were a nice touch! In the future, if possible, some improvements to some of the models and setpieces to remove some of the uncanny valley vibes would be very nice. Additionally, although the obvious goal of the project is to be a remake, I believe what you have developed thus far could lend to some unique gameplay opportunities. Perhaps a Roguelike, or Survival Mode of sorts? That's all I have to add. I have been having lots of fun playing so far, and I am looking forward to new updates! ^w^

Due to legal reasons, I cannot continue to make Changed3D (we contacted DragonSnow and he denied us) for the time being, since I cannot work so much for free, I won't live forever in this world so I consider my time valuable.
So the team and I are making a brand new project based on Changed3D, much more ambitious!
Though don't worry, I might add some unique new things to Changed3D in time, like survival mode or boss rush...
I love this game, but please make a Linux version, because if you try to run it on Linux, things won't load in with wine and it would help out a lot :3

Hmm, I don't think you can install SPUD, as that is a plugin only installed In-Editor.
You might need to upgrade your graphics driver to the latest version, or you can try running the pre-requisites installer found inside the game's folder.
If nothing else works, you can send me a log. Or you even send it through the Changed3D's Discord!
Yeah, the game is demanding, it's not an RPG-Maker packaged game, it's an Unreal Engine packaged game, so it needs newer technology to be run appropiately!

Provide the latest one, and if you're unsure which one, delete them all and cause the game to crash again, and a new crash log will be generated.

How do you delete save files? cuz that'd be useful to do, so old save files aren't in new versions of the game or anything.

wait, why did DragonSnow deny you? I'm assuming cuz the game is free? while changed is not.

i dunno what is causing this error to occur, how can i solve this issue?
if i ignore the message, it lets me play for a little while but only till i leave the starting room before it abruptly freezes.
