The new Vande Bharat sleeper trains are said to be superior to Rajdhani Express trains and are being manufactured with an aim to change overnight passenger travel in terms of speed and comfort. Vande Bharat sleeper vs Rajdhani: Sources told TOI that the Vande Bharat sleeper train will have superior fire safety standards compared to Rajdhani trains. The fire safety system will meet the EN 45545 HL3 fire safety standard, with all non-metallic components also adhering to this standard. Vande Bharat sleeper features a fire barrier wall meeting E30 integrity for luggage compartments, preventing fire spread to the saloon and cab areas. Each car is equipped with a fire barrier end wall door (E15) to stop the spread of fire between cars.
