You can use the University Library’s catalogue  to find books, journals and other media available in the FAU libraries, as well as e-books and e-journals available over the University’s computer network. You can order media from the closed stacks or the branch libraries that you wish to borrow via the catalogue. It is also possible to borrow media that the University Library does not own or does not have a licence for from other libraries through an interlibrary loan.

Additional research articles, newspaper articles, statistical data, standards, patents and other materials can be found in Primo and other databases. It is often possible to access these texts directly online or to request an interlibrary loan for them.

FAU members can order copies of articles in books and journals available at the University Library free of charge via FAUdok, which are delivered by e-mail.
