How We Make A Difference
We offer individualized wrap around coaching services, and long term supports, to each person.
Cares is an anti-racist organization and is committed to connecting BIPOC communities to our resources and services. Cares has always prioritized supporting underserved and marginalized populations and we do our best to meet the needs of our clients based not only on their access needs, but their cultural and language-based needs. We provide services in a culturally relevant manner and offer translation and interpreter services for all languages.
Coaches help clients with:
Job search
Job placement
Mental health care
Childcare
Transportation

Coaches also help clients to:

Develop Career plans
Because our services meet the unique needs of each client, outcomes are highly individualized, but broadly we expect our participants will:
Become employed.
Earn higher wages and increase their income.
Establish financial security.
