Sungwon Yoon

Sungwon Yoon is a leader of Bain's Private Equity, Mergers & Acquisitions, Healthcare and Digital Insurgents practices.

Since joining Bain in 2005, he has served large companies in a wide variety of industries, including private equity, industrial goods, airline, logistics, financial services and telecom.

His extensive experience spans vision, growth, corporate portfolio, new business, global expansion strategy, change management, procurement, M&A (buy-side/sell-side), post-merger integration (domestic/cross border), commercial due diligence and post-deal value creation for local and global private equity firms.

He is a graduate of Yonsei University with BA in astronomy and earned his MBA from Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania.
