Security awareness, Hi-jack prevention and first aid training for GIZ personnel in South Africa and Lesotho

As a federally owned enterprise of the German Government, The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH supports the South African Government in terms of sustainable development. GIZ operates in more than 120 countries around the globe. It has been present in South Africa since 1993. 

Bilateral projects in the core areas of 1) Peaceful and Inclusive Societies; 2) Climate, Energy and Just Transition, 3) Sustainable Economic Development, Training and Employment are complemented by global, regional and pan-African projects. GIZ intends to conclude a contract with a Security training provider in conducting fourteen, two and a half day, Security awareness, hi-jack prevention and first aid training in Pretoria South Africa and Three, Two-day, Security awareness and hi-jack prevention training in Maseru Lesotho. These needs to be concluded in the period of 8 months.

Requirements:

  • Expert Instructors: Trainers with industry certifications and extensive real-world experience.
  • Customized Training Programs: Programs that address the unique security challenges in South Africa and Lesotho.
  • Comprehensive Curriculum: Coverage of key areas such as Car (Hi)-Jacking, Fraud, instant kidnapping, Bank ATM scams, Smash and grab and all other security related issues to be aware off
  • Interactive and Engaging Content: Training that includes practical exercises, real-life scenarios, and interactive learning methods.

GIZ invites eligible and professional companies with local presence in South Africa to participate in this tender.
