It has come to our attention that First Solar, Inc’s name and logo might be used as part of a suspected fraudulent company set up to solicit investment from individuals in India.

First Solar, Inc. is a publicly listed company on the NASDAQ stock exchange in the United States and does not solicit investments or personal information via social media or instant messaging apps. While this is out of our control, we are considering a range of legal options to address this issue.
