“I think the similarities of working in an organization whether in the military or nonprofit or corporate world…it’s all about people and relationships and how you deal with people…and how you treat people…It is still about dealing with people in a respectful manner, making sure everybody’s voice is heard and they all feel like they are part of a great organization. At the end of the day, we all want to belong to something pretty cool.”
