2024 IPAC Winter Conference

The 2024 Winter Conference will be held Sunday, December 8 through Wednesday, December 11, 2024, at The Westin Hotel Indianapolis at 241 W. Washington Street, Indianapolis, IN 46204. This is one of the most comprehensive and important sessions that the Council provides.

• Registration deadline is November 7
• Cancellation deadline is November 15

Conference Registration Fee includes:

• Hot breakfast and lunch
• Monday evening dinner reception and awards ceremony (Cocktail Attire Suggested)
• One flash drive of conference materials
• Up to 15.0 hours of CLE credit with 2.0 hours of Ethics credit
• Conference t-shirt (T-shirt not guaranteed after 11/15/2024)

Accommodations: IPAC has obtained a room block at The Westin Hotel Indianapolis at a special rate of $145 per night. Click here to make a hotel reservation at The Westin or call (317) 262-8100. Per hotel policy, individuals will be charged for the payment of one night's room plus tax if they do not cancel their reservation within 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival. In addition, early departures will be charged the remainder of their stay if attendees check out prior to the confirmed checkout date. Reservation deadline: November 7, 2024.
