General Description  
The BCT4121 is a double-pole single-throw (DPST)  
analog switch with negative signal audio analog signals.  
The two channels have ultra Low on resistance (1.0 )  
with good signal integrity. Each switch is bidirectional  
Features  
and offers little or no attenuation of the signals at the  
outputs. Industry-leading advantages include  
VCC Operating Range: 1.65V to 5.0V  
Low ON Resistance: 1.0-ohms at 5.0V  
Rail-to-Rail Signal Range  
a
propagation delay of less than 250ps, resulting from its  
low channel resistance and low I/O capacitance. The  
high channel-to-channel crosstalk rejection results in  
minimal noise interference. The device is special design  
for isolation of output of class-D PA from Baseband IC.  
ON-Resistance Matching: 0.2 Ω  
ON-Resistance Flatness: 0.1Ω  
High Off Isolation: 57dB at 10MHz
