Notifications for all your LinkedIn Ads Accounts are accessible from the
You’ll receive notifications based on your user role on the account, your Page admin role, and your notifications settings. Each person on an ad account receives individual emails or messages in the Campaign Manager notifications center. Your notification settings will not impact other users on the account.
You can change the Campaign Manager and email notifications you receive by managing your settings in the notifications center.
Important to know
Notifications will be deleted from the notification center after 60 days.
To turn email notifications on or off in your ad account:

Sign in to Campaign Manager.

Click the
Notifications icon in the upper right corner of the page. -
Select the account from the account list.

Click Settings in the upper right corner.

Below Email Notifications, choose your notification frequency:
- Immediately: Send emails as soon as available.
- Daily: Send a single email daily at 6am PST.
- Never: Turn off this type of email.
You can opt in or opt out of receiving emails about:
- Campaign status
- Creative review
- Leads
- Comments on Sponsored Content posts
To turn email notifications on or off across all of your ad accounts:

Click the
Notifications icon in the top navigation bar. -
Click Manage to the right of All accounts at the top of the notifications window.

Scroll down to the Email Notifications section.

Select Turn on for all accounts or Turn off for all accounts from the dropdown to the right of each notification type.
You can opt in or opt out of receiving emails about:

Campaign status
-
Creative review
To turn notifications on or off in your ad account:

Click the
Notifications icon in the top navigation bar. -
From the notifications center, click the account name.
- Click the left arrow at the top of the notifications window to go back to a list of all your ad accounts.

Click Settings.

Switch the toggle to the right of the notification type to turn it on or off.
To manage individual notifications in your ad account:

Click the
Notifications icon in the top navigation bar of Campaign Manager to access notifications. -
From the notifications center, click the account name.

Click the
More icon to the right of a notification. -
From the dropdown, select Mark as read, Delete, or Turn off.
You can also mark all your notifications as read at one time by going to your notifications and clicking Mark all as read in the top right.
Important to know
Once a notification has been deleted it cannot be restored.
Selecting Turn off on an individual notification turns off all future notifications of that type within your account.
To turn email notifications on or off in your ad account:

Click the chevron at the top of the notifications window to see a list of all your ad accounts.

Click Manage to the right of All accounts at the top of the notifications window.

Select Turn on for all accounts or Turn off for all accounts from the dropdown to the right of each notification type.
Notes:

You’re unable to select multiple accounts and change notification settings in bulk at this time.

The ability to manage notification frequency is not yet available.
You can filter notifications for one account by these criteria:
-
Read: You have clicked the CTA in the notification.
-
Unread: You have not clicked the CTA in the notification.
-
Notification type: You can filter by notification type, such as Campaign ended, Creative review, or Recommendations.
You can also sort notifications by Relevance or Recent.
To filter notifications for one account:

Click the
Notifications icon in the top navigation bar. -
Click the Filter by: dropdown below the account name in the Notifications window.

Select the filter you’d like to apply.
You can filter notifications for all accounts by these criteria:

Seen: You have clicked the Notifications icon in the top navigation of the account page and opened the Notifications window.

Unseen: You have not opened the Notifications window to view these notifications yet.
To filter notifications for all accounts:

Click the
Notifications icon in the top navigation bar. -
Click the chevron at the top of the notifications window to see a list of all your ad accounts.

Click the Filter by: dropdown below All accounts.

Select All, Seen, or Unseen.
You can directly manage comments on your Direct Sponsored Content ads in the LinkedIn feed from comment notifications.
To manage comments on ads from notifications:

Click the
Notifications icon in the top navigation bar of Campaign Manager to access notifications. -
Click Manage comments in the notification.

You’ll be taken to the ad in the LinkedIn feed.

From the comment, you can:
- Like a comment
- Reply to a comment
Note: If you’re a LinkedIn Page admin and you reply to a comment, the reply will post as a comment from the LinkedIn Page by default. If you’re not a LinkedIn Page admin, the reply will post as a comment from your personal LinkedIn member profile.

From the More icon in the top right corner of the comment you can:
- Copy the link to a comment
- Delete a comment
- Report a comment
Note: You can send an InMail directly to the commenter’s LinkedIn messaging inbox by moving your cursor over their profile picture and clicking Send InMail.
