Lead Gen Form Hidden Fields

Last updated: 5 months ago
Hidden fields in Lead Generation Forms allow you to create and track additional fields in your Leads reports. These fields can be especially helpful if you’re using a third-party marketing automation platform to manage your leads.
Adding hidden fields to your Lead Gen Forms enables you to track and understand key aspects such as the performance of your channels, assets, forms, and campaigns.
Important: Members won’t see hidden fields within the Lead Gen Form. The fields are for reporting and testing purposes only. Hidden fields don’t capture or convey any member data.
Field names assigned for hidden fields will appear in the Leads report as a column title and the value assigned to the hidden field will appear in the associated column for every lead generated from the form.
For example, if you set a hidden field title as “Agency ID” and enters a field value of “12345”, the Leads report for the form will include a column titled Agency ID and for every lead captured in the report, the value of 12345 will appear in the Agency ID column.
