Sign in to Campaign Manager.

If you need to switch accounts, click the account name in the upper-left corner of the page and select the correct account name from the dropdown.

Click
Assets on the left menu, then click Lead Gen Forms. -
You'll then see any Lead Gen Forms that have been created and saved under your ad account.
To attach a Lead Gen Form to your ads, your campaign will need to have the Lead generation objective selected and use one of the ad formats below.

Document ad
Once a Lead Gen Form has been attached and saved to a non-draft ad creative, you can't change the associated form.

Sign in to Campaign Manager.

If you need to switch accounts, click the account name in the upper-left corner of the page and select the correct account name from the dropdown.

Click
Assets on the left menu, then click Lead Gen Forms. -
Click Duplicate in the
Actions column next to the form you wish to duplicate.
When you duplicate a Lead Gen Form and add a work email, you can select the Validate work email checkbox to send work emails through our validation process. When the checkbox is selected, we’ll filter out common personal email addresses, such as Gmail and Hotmail, which can help increase the quality of emails submitted, but can also lower the number of emails submitted.

Work email validation
When you edit a Lead Gen Form with a work email, you can select the Validate work email checkbox to send work emails through our validation process. When the checkbox is selected, we’ll filter out common personal email addresses, such as Gmail and Hotmail, which can help increase the quality of emails submitted, but can also lower the number of emails submitted.
For Lead Gen Forms associated with Sponsored Messaging ads in an active campaign that have a work email, you can select the Validate work email checkbox to send the email through our validation process. Other fields can’t be edited at this time.

Sign in to Campaign Manager.

If you need to switch accounts, click the account name in the upper-left corner of the page and select the correct account name from the dropdown.

Click
Assets on the left menu, then click Lead Gen Forms. -
Click Current near the top left of the page.

Click the
Actions icon of the correct Lead Gen Form and choose Archive from the dropdown. -
Click the Archive button to confirm.

Sign in to Campaign Manager.

If you need to switch accounts, click the account name in the upper-left corner of the page and select the correct account name from the dropdown.

Click
Assets on the left menu, then click Lead Gen Forms. -
Click Archived near the top left of the page.

Click the
Actions icon of the correct Lead Gen Form and choose Unarchive from the dropdown. -
Click the Unarchive button to confirm.
