Integrate lead gen forms with your marketing automation/CRM system

If you use a specific marketing automation or CRM platform to manage your leads, you might be able to integrate your Lead Gen Forms with your marketing automation or CRM provider. This integration allows you to automatically leverage the platforms you already have set up.

If we don't support your marketing automation or CRM platform at this time, you can download a list of your leads as a CSV file in Campaign Manager and manually upload it to your database.

Follow the linked instructions to set up your data integration with a partner of your choice. For any other questions or if your marketing partner isn’t listed, reach out to your partner account manager.

Here's a tip

Some third-party CRM partners don’t support member profile link fields, hidden fields, or custom checkboxes. If you edit your Lead Gen Forms while in draft status, you must make changes to account, form, and field settings in your marketing automation or CRM platform to ensure new test leads sync successfully.
