Communicate with job applicants

You can message an applicant directly from the View applicants page of your job post. You can access their reply and continue the conversation through your LinkedIn Messaging page.

To message an applicant:
  1. Click the Jobs icon at the top of your LinkedIn homepage.
  2. Click Manage job posts.
  3. Find the job you wish to view and click the More icon to the right of the title.
  4. Click the Manage Job icon from the menu that appears.
  5. Click the View applicants button and in the application, click Message.

  6. Draft your message in the message box that appears. You can customize your message by using the options at the bottom of this box.
  7. Click Send.
To view an applicant’s contact information, click More to the right of the Message button in the application.
