We currently don't support the functionality to add custom categories to filters to sort your search results. However, after performing a search, you can click on All Filters and then +Add [category] to show a text box at the bottom of each filter category where you can add an additional keyword to narrow your search results.

Note: The +Add option is currently not available for the Profile language and Nonprofit interests/Open to filters.
