You can send Open Profile messages to any Premium member who has enabled Open Profile, even if they're outside of your network.
To send an Open Profile message:

Navigate to the profile of the Premium member you’d like to message.

Click the Message button in their introduction section.

Type your message in the fields provided.

Click Send.
To send an Open Profile message:

Navigate to the profile of the Premium member you’d like to message.

Tap the InMail button in their introduction section.

Type your message in the provided fields.

Tap
Send.
Note: The Free message text displayed in the bottom left corner of the message box indicates that you’re sending an Open Profile message.
Note: If you have a Premium subscription but your credit card on file is expired, you'll first need to update your payment information before you can send an Open Profile message.
