LinkedIn Jobs use a pay-per-click model where you can set a daily or total budget for each of your job posts. You’ll get a discount of up to 35% if you purchase a job post budget in advance.
To purchase a job post budget in advance:

Click on the
Jobs tab. -
Click Manage job posts.

Click Get discount.

Select how much job posting budget you'd like to purchase.

Click Place order.

Your receipt will be sent to your primary email address on file.
Note: Any unused job posting budget will expire one year from the date of purchase.
