Marking a conversation as starred allows you to quickly mark important or useful message threads and easily search for them later.
To mark a conversation as starred:

Click the
Messaging icon at the top of your homepage. -
Select the message from the list on the left pane.
Note: Once you select a message, the entire conversation thread of that message is shown on the right.

Click the
More icon on top of the conversation thread and select Star. -
Once a conversation is starred, you’ll see a
Star icon next to the message in the message list on the left pane.
To unmark a starred conversation:

Select the
Starred conversation from the messaging list. Note: Once you select a message, the entire conversation thread of that message is shown on the right.

Click the
More icon on top of the conversation thread and select Remove star.
To mark a conversation as starred:

Tap the
Messaging icon on the upper right. -
Swipe left on the conversation you want to star.

Tap
More and tap Star. -
Once a conversation is starred, you’ll see a
Star icon next to the message in the message list.
To unmark a starred conversation:

Swipe left on the
Starred conversation from the messaging list. -
Select
More and tap Remove star.
