Once a Lead Gen Form has been saved, you may be able to edit the form from the Account Assets Lead Gen Form page. Learn more about when you’ll be able to edit your Lead Gen Form, as well as which fields can be edited, in the chart below:

When you edit a Lead Gen Form with a work email, you can select the Validate work email checkbox to send work emails through our validation process. When the checkbox is selected, we’ll filter out common personal email addresses, such as Gmail and Hotmail, which can help increase the quality of emails submitted, but can also lower the number of emails submitted.

If you are editing a form that is associated with an active Sponsored Content ad, the following fields can’t be changed:
  • Form language
  • Form name
  • Lead details & custom questions
    • Profile information
    • Custom questions
    • Custom checkboxes
  • Hidden fields
If you integrate your Lead Gen Forms with a marketing automation or CRM platform, please note:
  • You can edit a form associated with an active Sponsored Content ad to fix typos and optimize for performance while maintaining the third-party partner integrations already set up for your Lead Gen Form.
  • If you edit a form that is not associated with an active campaign, you must make changes to account, form, and field settings in the integrated platform to ensure new test leads sync successfully.
