Create and manage reporting custom column views in Campaign Manager

When reviewing the reporting dashboard in Campaign Manager, you can adjust the metrics viewed using the Columns dropdown menu. In addition to the default column options available, you can create custom column views that include metrics specific to how you measure your campaigns’ success.

You can also select custom column views when downloading a campaign or ad performance report as a CSV file. When you download a report with a custom column view, metrics that are only available through the reporting dashboard won't be included.

Here's a tip

You can create up to 10 customized views based on your reporting needs. Customized views are unique to each individual user. While you will have access to your customized views across all your ad accounts, other individuals on your accounts won’t be able to access your customized views.

Once you create a customized view, you’ll be able to edit, duplicate, or delete the view.

Create a custom column view

To create a custom column view:
  1. Sign in to Campaign Manager.

  2. If you need to switch accounts, click the account name in the upper-left corner of the page and select the correct account name from the dropdown.

  3. Select the Columns dropdown menu and click Customize Columns.
    • You can select Columns from the Campaign groups, Campaigns, or Ads tab.
  4. Click +Add view to create a new customized column view.
    • If you are creating your first customized view, a new view will automatically open.
  5. Name the view.
  6. Select the checkmark boxes next to the Available columns you’d like to include.
    • Selected columns will appear on the right side of the pop-up window. Columns will be added in the order checkmark boxes are selected.
    • To change the order in which columns appear, click and drag the  Reorder icon to the left of the column name. You can also use the up and down arrow keys on your keyboard to reorder columns.
    • You can remove selected columns by clicking the  Cancel icon to the right of the column name.
  7. Once all columns for the view have been selected and organized, click Update in the lower-right corner.

Manage customized column views

To edit, duplicate, or delete a customized column view:
  1. Sign in to Campaign Manager.

  2. If you need to switch accounts, click the account name in the upper-left corner of the page and select the correct account name from the dropdown.

  3. Select the Columns dropdown menu and click Customize Columns.
    • You can select Columns from the Campaign groups, Campaigns, or Ads tab.
  4. Click the view you’d like to edit, duplicate, or delete from the Custom Views column on the left side of the pop-up window.
  5. Make changes to the selected view by choosing new columns, reordering columns, or removing columns. You can also click the buttons at the top right of the window to Delete View or Duplicate view.
  6. Once all changes have been made, click Update in the bottom right corner.
