Access Recruiter Help

Learn more about your LinkedIn Recruiter account by visiting Recruiter Help. You'll find resources on getting started and managing your Recruiter account, viewing and interacting with candidates, posting jobs, and more.

To access Recruiter Help from the Recruiter homepage:

  1. Click the  Help icon at the top of your Recruiter homepage and search for an article or click Open Help in a new tab.

    • You can also click Support at the bottom of the page. This will take you to Recruiter Help.
  2. Search for answers to your questions by typing relevant keywords in the search box or browse through the topics on the left.
  3. If you don't find your answer, click Contact Us at the bottom of the page.
  4. Complete the webform and provide an overview of your question or issue.

  5. Click  Add an attachment to add a screenshot or supporting documentation that we can reference for troubleshooting.

  6. Click Submit. One of our Customer Support representatives will reply to you as quickly as possible.
