What are some effective ways to recognize employees on social media?
Recognizing employees publicly can be powerful. But, it needs to be done in an authentic, genuine way. It needs to truly be about the employee (never use employees as marketing tools). How? Involve the employee who's being recognized. » First, obtain their permission (some may not want the attention) » Schedule a quick 15-30 min call to answer any questions they have » Ask how they'd like to be portrayed » Show them any photos you plan to share » Let them review the drafted post and make changes (within reason) » Give them final approval rights » But don't post anything that contradicts your core brand values Recognizing employees on social indicates you respect their contribution. Display that respect by involving them in the process.

What are the most effective ways to identify the root cause of a problem in B2B Marketing Strategy?
From my experience helping brands diagnose growth stagnation, gaps in B2B marketing strategies can often be traced back to a misunderstanding of the target audience. You can validate whether this is the case by asking questions such as: - Has audience research been conducted? - Have buyer personas been created? - Are they based on assumptions or client feedback? - Are functional strategies (content, social media, SEO, etc.) designed to address the audience's challenges and needs? - Are efforts segmented and targeted? - Which channels produce engagement and which don't? Why? Such questions can quickly reveal the root cause, which is often misalignment between what an audience needs and what a brand provides.

How can you build a marketing team that thrives on criticism?
It's critical to draw a distinction between criticism and feedback. Criticism focuses on what went wrong in the past. Feedback focuses on what could be improved in the future. I disagree that you should “teach your team members how to give and receive criticism” (respectfully or otherwise). Instead, teach them to proactively make decisions on their own. Teach them that making mistakes is necessary for growth. Often, well-mentored team members will identify and acknowledge their own mistakes. Cultivating a confident team with a sense of agency leads to increased resilience and the capacity to take criticism in stride without it impacting their morale. However, training a team to criticize each other is, in my opinion, misguided advice.

Since the turn of the millennium, the European Court of Human Rights has been the transnational setting for a European-wide 'rights revolution'. One of the most remarkable characteristics of the European Convention of Human Rights and its highly acclaimed judicial tribunal in Strasbourg is the extensive obligations of the contracting states to give observable effect to its judgments.
The text explores the domestic execution of the European Court of Human Rights' judgments and dissects the variable patterns of implementation within and across states. It relates how marginalized individuals, civil society and minority actors strategically take recourse in the Strasbourg Court to challenge state laws, policies and practices. These bottom-up dynamics influencing the domestic implementation of human rights have been little explored in the scholarly literature until now.
By adopting an inter-disciplinary perspective, the book goes beyond the existing studies--mainly legal and descriptive--and contributes to the flourishing scholarship on human rights, courts and legal processes, and their consequences for national politics.Other authors -
