It will allow participants to improve and strengthen their leadership capacity and abilities through an interactive session conducted by a faculty of experts. It is designed to feature renowned speakers, interactive workshops, and networking opportunities designed to empower participants to embrace innovation and take charge of their future. Our vision is to: Promote Young Leaders: To celebrate young leaders contributing meaningfully to their immediate communities, workplace, business, or social enterprise. Enhance learning for Youths: To provide a learning platform for the personal development of young and emerging leaders with an overall aim of equipping, encouraging, and supporting them to steer innovative initiatives and solutions in their immediate environment.
