Maybe everyone else has already realized this but interactive FAQs on your product pages are a total Product Marketing hack! Tas Bober commented on my post the other day about measuring click rates on Benefits vs Capabilities pointing out that FAQ blocks are also great for driving on-page engagement. Unsurprisingly, Tas was right! Turns out people *really* like them. In fact on one of our Product pages, 17% of the total page clicks are people using the FAQ anchor link to jump straight to the FAQs section. Not even the FAQs themselves. Just link to navigate to them...🤯 They also rock as a way to deliver value props "in disguise" and test to see what your audience doesn't understand about your product. We use FAQ blocks across many of our Product pages. We will probably add them to all the Product pages soon. Seeing which FAQs people engage with is SO valuable. For example... In a market with multiple alternatives and want to know what type of competitor people are comparing you to? Add an FAQ that says "How does [your product] differ from [X alternative]" and see if people click it. Want to test a few challenges or objections that you would like to answer prominently on the page but can't decide which one is most important? Add them as an FAQ and see where people click. And in particular, if you are a technical product and you want to know the compatibility questions and concerns that are most common. FAQ's. #productmarketing #pmm
