Know if and how to disclose trauma

- Holding a lot of heavy emotions at work can feel pretty daunting. For some, it can even feel lonely and may lead you to believe that your coworkers are not able to understand your need for space, boundaries, and trigger management. Work can also be a place that helps you to maintain psychological safety and feel connected to others. Many work environments will have their own blend of both of these sets of characteristics, but people who are silently suffering may need more support than what's already in place. Now I will preface all of this by saying that in order to build upon your own psychological safety, it will be helpful to integrate some of the practices we've discussed in the previous movies. A disclosure is not required in order to receive support from your colleagues, supervisors, or the company.
