As a startup, we were ambitious, thinking big, and expecting rapid growth. We wanted to get our hands busy and jump into business right away. This approach definitely had its advantages at the beginning: we learned on the go and had many important lessons. However, in time it became clear that everyone on the team had different goals in mind, and we were all moving in different directions. We reacted to immediate challenges rather than working towards long-term goals. We needed a common vision. Otherwise, growth wouldn't have been possible. That's why we took a step back and focused on developing a strategy that defined our goals and the steps to achieve them.

Building a startup is already super hard, so why go solo? Having a co-founder makes it a lot easier. When people first start building a startup, they usually think "I can probably handle everything alone." But they soon realize they need someone by their side. Here’s why having a co-founder changes the whole game: • There’s someone to share the highs and lows with • They bring skills and perspectives you don’t have • You can hold each other accountable • Two heads are better than one (obviously) Starting a business is hard. But with the right co-founder, no one has to face it alone. You shouldn’t try to build everything yourself. It’s about finding someone who shares your vision and complements their strengths. What’s been your experience with co-founders? Share your thoughts below. --- Thanks for reading! Repost♻️ it to your network and follow Jeremy Daniels for more.

What do you do when you want to launch into an overseas market? You talk with the experts who know the market and can point you in the right direction. Today, I had a chance to meet Kitti Majorán, and her partner Paul, who gave me some wonderful insights into the UK market and some brilliant ideas for my new startup venture. After being ill for a while, today's meeting was refreshing and exciting. I'm so glad I joined the Global Superstars program and recommend it to entrepreneurs with global ambitions. The community is still in its infancy, but it holds tremendous potential. Thank you Kitti and Paul for your efforts! :)

My Perspective on Startups and Selling! I've come across many startup founders, and there's one question that makes me pause: "When is the right time to sell my startup?" When I hear this question right at the start, it signals a misalignment in priorities. Building a startup should be about passion, solving a problem, and creating value. If you're thinking about selling from day one, you might miss the core purpose of why you started in the first place. Success doesn’t come from planning your exit; it comes from focusing on your vision, understanding your market, and growing your business. Selling should be a natural progression, not the primary goal. So, to all aspiring entrepreneurs: Invest your energy in making your startup the best it can be. The right time to sell will come when you've truly built something remarkable.
