Matching talents with jobs has always been at the heart of #HR and is a field that should largely benefit from new #generativeai tools. One solution I recently stumbled upon and found particularly interesting is #PeopleGPT by #juiceboxai and the approach they follow could become a game-changer for HR and especially #recruiting. What makes it remarkable to me is the technology's ability to simplify #sourcing candidates through natural language processing and thus allowing anyone to find talents who can articulate (in a non structured way) what they are looking for. PeopleGPT draws information about potential candidates across a multitude of platforms (like LinkedIn, GitHub, Publication Databases), compiles profiles that match with requests and facilitate the outreach. Such an approach turns around the traditional "post-and-pray"-hiring process an even boosts #activesourcing. Employers do not miss on top talent anymore just because they are not active on the usual channels and hiring managers can now directly take on recruiting capabilities in the #matching process.
