If you don’t believe in the power of a network, listen up. The post below went out 24 hours ago. In 24 hours it was seen 8,214 times. In 24 hours I received an outpouring of support, energy, and kindness. I have reconnected with friends, colleagues, and people I haven’t talked to in years! I know that I have people in my corner. My network isn’t full of leads, or connections, or likes. My network is full of amazing people who care about my success and are willing to stop and lend a hand. I sincerely enjoy all of you fabulous human beings! Please keep sharing, tagging, and all that! I’m grinning from ear to ear!

This is a message for my entire network: I need some help. Because 2020 isn’t complicated enough, I will be leaving my role as Training and OD Manager at Tractor Supply in a few weeks. I'm truly thankful to have spent the last year serving alongside smart and caring people, and I'll miss working next to them. As sad as I am to leave, I am equally excited and optimistic that the next chapter in my life will introduce me to amazing people, inspiring stories, and challenging problems to solve. I also believe that timing is never accidental, and my availability at this particular point in time and space is setting me up for something awesome and historic. If you know me, then you know I'm fascinated by the stories of people. I'm an energetic relationship builder with a love of facilitating discussions and team learning so that they can do amazing things. If you want to talk about a role I may be a fit for, if you have a person you want to introduce me to, or if I haven’t heard your amazing story yet, hit me up--I'd love to learn more about all of that. The keys are in. The engine is running. This next road trip is going to be the best one yet!
