Helping an underdog land a job a day @ Wonsulting + WonsultingAI | Forbes 30U30 | FREE resume reviews weekly | Cisco, Google, Snap | Ft: Forbes, NY Times, Insider, CNBC, WSJ | @jonathanwordsofwisdom

LinkedIn: I'm breaking down the #resume that got me interviews at top companies coming from a non-target school & without any connections, Pt. 5. I'm on a mission to help an underdog land a job a day. This is for those, especially from non-traditional backgrounds who wish they found this info early on (wish I did!). Pt. 5 is about impact statements, which are highlighted in sky blue. As you can tell from my resume (use this template on ResumAI by Wonsulting for free: https://bit.ly/3P7VCP7), I did the following: 💡Added Impact statements before the number/percentages: This showcases if I improved, optimized, or made an impact in my role. 💡One exercise I would do is to identify key projects or tasks where I made a significant impact. Think about the end results of my work and how it benefited the company or team. 💡Translate your achievements into measurable results. Ensure your statements are clear, impactful, and tailored to the job you're applying for - a better example? Instead of saying "Managed inventory levels" say "Improved inventory management, reducing stockouts by % and increasing customer satisfaction by %." Hope it helps and follow for more breakdowns/tips in the upcoming days! #JWoW #Wonsulting #Resume #ResumeTip #Hiring #OpenToWork #JobTips
