The Inception Design team conducted the initial discovery sessions with the client to outline the necessary functionality needed to be achieved with our Salesforce Implementation. This included but was not limited to: analyzing the client's current system’s functionality in order to define the processes that are integral to their business, translating verbally communicated requirements into testable user stories for our development team, and leading client-facing design and requirements gathering sessions with key stakeholders capturing and demoing functionality.
