    Amid the trend of Chinese enterprises' go global, LinkedIn China continues to focus on connecting businesses with talents, playing a pivotal role in fostering mutual benefits for both sides. Recently, Arrow Zhou, Head of Marketing at LinkedIn China Talent Solutions, shared insightful perspectives on the trends in overseas student recruitment and strategies for domestic enterprises to attract talent back to China, during an interview on CGTN's (China Global Television Network) "Global Business". Arrow Zhou highlighted that go global trend of enterprises and the emphasis of the younger generation on career development are the main driving factors for Chinese students to return to China from overseas. LinkedIn China's data reveals that over 80% of Chinese students abroad choose to return, particularly in high-growth industries such as AI, healthcare, and new energy.     The evolving trends in AI applications are poised to significantly impact and disrupt the supply-demand dynamics of the labor market. Currently, on LinkedIn, a platform with over one billion members, the number of professionals adding AI skills to their profiles has soared 142-fold. In the past six months, the number of non-technical professionals leveraging LinkedIn Learning to enhance their AI skills has skyrocketed by 160%. According to the "2024 Annual Work Trend Index——AI At Work" jointly released by Microsoft and LinkedIn: 🔍️ From an industry perspective: Professionals in retail, real estate, administration, and service sectors are upgrading their AI skills quickly. 🌟 Go-Global, the top 10 occupations with the highest proportion of AI skills added are all tied to "creative work." ✍️ Among users already utilizing AI tools, 78% bring AI tools they purchase or use daily into their work environment. 🔥 Many Gen Z individuals effectively harness AI tools while still in school, and due to the widespread adoption of AI applications, these relatively inexperienced Gen Z talents are being entrusted with greater responsibilities within organizations. 🌎 Over 90% of AI superusers indicate that AI has made managing their daily tasks easier, saving them more than 30 minutes per day. 📖 Business leaders have shifted their focus from solely hiring AI technical talents to seeking out "non-technical professionals with AI skills." Providing employees with ample AI tools and learning opportunities has become crucial for employers to attract top talent.
