The license in use is BY-NC-SA 3.0 Portugal (Attribution–Non-commercial–ShareAlike). It allows the use of multimedia items provided they are shared again under the same terms, for no commercial use and credit is given to the author. The multimedia items given to us under the Creative Commons license terms are identified with the reference “CC <type of license> Some Rights Reserved” and can be used by third parties under the same conditions. Any multimedia items given to us without permission bear the reference “All Rights Reserved”. The Creative Commons Licenses stand between copyright (all rights reserved) and public domain (no rights reserved). They are of a national scope and free.
