Our Law Firm Policies govern all representation of Microsoft Corporation by law firms throughout the world except with respect to tax-related matters. These Policies provide clear working instructions and rules to govern these relationships and this document serves as a master services agreement governing law firm performance.
Our new Policies are effective as of January 1, 2024 replacing our 2019 Policies.

Policies for vendors (non-law firms)
Our vendor policies govern the relationship of any non-law firm vendor, billing in the matter management/e-billing system, TyMetrix T360.
