Product Accessibility Status

At Salesforce, our core values are trust, customer success, innovation, equality and sustainability. We believe that by making technology more accessible, we’re helping create a future with greater opportunity and equality for all. Disability inclusion is fundamental to this belief, and we recognize that inclusion fuels innovation.

Around the world, approximately 1.3 billion people live with some form of disability, and they account for 15% of the world’s population.

By hiring inclusively, supporting, and advancing accessible tools and technology, we are helping to build a global economy that includes everyone.

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelinesopens in a new window (WCAG), Revised 508 Standardsopens in a new window, and EN 301 549opens in a new window standards were created to allow for greater accessibility and usability of technology by individuals with disabilities. Accessibility of our products is reviewed regularly via research, internal testing, audits, and customer feedback. We review issues and integrate plans to address them in our ongoing product development roadmap. We strive for conformance with WCAG 2.1 AAopens in a new window, which aligns to these standards, and we continue to monitor updates to these accessibility standards, including WCAG 2.2opens in a new window.

The Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT) is a standardized form to document a product’s conformance with accessibility standards. The VPAT is used for creation of Accessibility Conformance Reports (ACRs) describing the accessibility of a product’s features. Our Accessibility Compliance Program works with third party vendors to complete ACRs for Salesforce’s products. Our ACRs use the International edition of the VPAT, which includes the standards with which we align our products.

Our disability inclusion journey is ongoing, and we are committed to helping customers who are building accessible environments on the Salesforce platform.

Disclaimer: Any ACR posted below, or anywhere else on Salesforce’s website, or otherwise publicly available, shall not be construed to be included in any contract, either explicitly or implicitly, in whole or in part, absent Salesforce’s express acknowledgement through language in the contract itself that such report or its substantive equivalent is included.

Please be aware that the ACR list is always changing and you are welcome to check back for updated information.
