Exchange for different color/size

Customers in the United States:

  1. Put in your order number and zip code and select “Start a return or exchange”
  2. Click the item you want to exchange for a new size or color and choose ‘exchange’
  3. Select what size and color you want
  4. Tell us why you’d like to exchange and continue with the exchange
  5. We’ll ship you the item!

Customers outside the United States:

  1. Contact customer service with your order number, shipping address, and exchange details (size/style/color/absorbency of equal or lesser value).
  2. We'll create a new order for you.
  3. You'll receive a new order confirmation and shipping notification with tracking details.
  4. Keep the original pair, give them to a friend, or donate to a local women's shelter.
  5. Enjoy your new undies!

We offer a 45-day trial on all orders, so if you’re unhappy with your purchase, we’ll try to make it right. Final sale items, Thinx “merch”, and gift cards are nonrefundable. Visit our online Returns Portal to begin a return or exchange.

What types of refunds can I get?

Items can be exchanged for a different color/size, or a different style of equal or lesser value, refunded for a digital gift card, or refunded to the original payment method. Terms and Conditions may apply.

Can I split my order refund between two methods?

Sorry, that option isn’t available right now!

Is the return policy the same for customers outside the US?

The process for refunding the original form of payment will be the same. Digital gift cards are only available to customers within the United States. If you are in the U.S. and looking to exchange for a different underwear size/color or another style, you can do so through our online Returns Portal.

If you are outside the U.S., please contact our customer service team with your order number, exchange details (style, size, color), and shipping address, and we’ll process a manual exchange on your behalf.

Do I have to ship my items back?

Nope! Instead, we encourage you to pass unused and unopened pairs to a friend.

If I bought a Set/Kit, can I return the items individually?

Items purchased in a Saver Set or Custom Set can be exchanged or returned individually. You can process a return or exchange directly through our online Returns Portal.

What if the item I want to exchange for is sold out?

If you’re a customer located within the United States, we suggest returning the original item for a digital gift card.

If you’re a customer outside of the U.S., we recommend returning the original item for a refund. In either case, be sure to sign up for back-in-stock alerts on your desired item's product page, so you'll be notified when it becomes available for purchase again.

How soon will I receive my refund for returns?

Once your return is processed, you should see the funds appear back on your original form of payment in about 5-7 business days.

How soon will I receive my exchanged item?

We typically process return orders within 1–2 business days. Once processed, US exchange orders are shipped via standard shipping and should arrive within 5–7 business days. International exchange orders are shipped via UPS Worldwide Expedited DDP.

Do Thinx Inc. gift cards expire?

Nope, gift cards never expire and can be applied to any purchase from our Thinx Inc. family of brands (Thinx for All Leaks, Thinx, and Thinx Teens)!

Can I give my gift card to another person?

All you need is the gift card number to use your credit. How you choose to use your credit or whether you choose to give your gift card number to a friend is up to you!
